General conditions of Sale

The General Conditions of Sale regulate the relationship between Matcavi Srl and customers for the purchase of products through the site or direct channels. They regulate the terms of order, payment, delivery, guarantee and withdrawal. Among the salient points:

Scope of application: valid for all orders, with precedence over the conditions proposed by the customer.

Products and orders: technical characteristics binding only if confirmed; orders valid only if accepted by the supplier.

Delivery: carried out only after payment, with responsibility and transport costs borne by the customer (unless otherwise agreed).

Prices and payments: prices are ex works; payment is essential and binding.

Guarantees: 12-month coverage for defects and faults, with timely reporting obligation; different conditions for consumers pursuant to the Consumer Code.

Right of withdrawal (for consumers only): 14 days to return the product, with a full refund if compliant.

Intellectual Property: All rights to trademarks and documentation are reserved to Matcavi.

Competent court: exclusively the Court of Torre Annunziata (NA), Italy.

Data processing: in compliance with the GDPR, the data is managed only for contractual purposes and is not disclosed.
