Right of withdrawal and complaints

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The products purchased on the website www.matcavi-move.it can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the buyer communicates this to the seller within and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Communication can be made via email (orders@matcavi-move.it) or registered letter with return receipt as required by current legislation, indicating the order details, including the order number and the description of the products to be returned. The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address: MATCAVI Srl Via Andolfi, 10 – 80045 Pompei (NA), Italy. The costs of returning products purchased on www.matcavi-move.it are the responsibility of the Customer. We highlight that the items must be intact to obtain approval for the return and must be shipped carefully using, if necessary, correct and adequate packaging to prevent them from being damaged or destroyed. Once the return has been approved, MATCAVI will then proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer, net of the costs incurred for the return of the Products and the costs for their storage at the facilities of the courier responsible for their delivery. MATCAVI reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the pre-established period or items that do not present the same conditions of receipt. In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, MATCAVI shall not be held liable for the delay or failure to deliver and reserves the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, suspend or defer its execution. The guarantee and the right of withdrawal are not applicable to products made to the specific instructions of the Customer, customized differently from what is reported on the site and/or in the catalog.
